JaxVie provides a wide range of services for homeowners in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville Beaches — from concierge and home watch to handyman work, renovations, and landscaping. The broad service offering made it difficult for users to quickly understand what the company provides and what makes it stand out locally. The website needed to build trust, highlight the service area, and drive users toward clear actions (Contact, Get Started) — all within a fast, mobile-friendly experience.

Establish strong SEO foundations (technical + on-page) for long-term growth
Ensure a fully responsive experience across all devices
Clarify and structure the service offering for better understanding
Increase conversions through optimized forms and clear consultation booking options
Solution

We built a WordPress website using a premium, mobile-first template, structured around key services — Concierge, Home Watch, Handyman, Renovations, and Landscaping.

Prominent CTAs such as “Contact Us” and “Get Started” were strategically placed to guide users toward action, supported by messaging focused on local benefits (community-based team, high service standards).

We added dedicated brand sections for Vision, Mission, and Motto, reinforcing trust and professionalism.

Finally, we implemented on-page SEO for local search visibility, internal linking between service pages, and performance optimizations including WebP images, caching, and CDN integration for fast loading.

 

Results

The service offering is now clear and easy to navigate, allowing users to reach the contact and booking sections faster. Trust-focused messaging and strong local positioning increased relevance among audiences in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville Beaches. Technical improvements enhanced the mobile experience, while solid SEO foundations set the stage for steady local traffic and stronger conversions.
